Meet The Team

Johnny is the owner of both Greystone Homes and Bowtie Realty. This gives him a unique perspective of the market that he brings to every job. He grew up in a family that was primarily in the construction industry. He has built for some national builders and smaller builders over the past 12+ years, and is able to bring that expertise to Greystone Homes. Any chance he gets, you will find him on the golf course, working out, or spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.

Dan graduated with a degree in construction technology with emphasis on architecture. He has designed hundreds of different houses for small custom builders (including ours)! He has over 40 years in the industry working for both large national and small custom builders. We are so lucky to have someone like him on our team. When he is not working, he is likely golfing. Dan is an avid NFL and MLB fan and enjoys traveling. He loves spending time with his family which now includes his two amazing grand daughters.

Joe is the man in charge of our office. He has been with Greystone homes for more than two years now, but he has known Johnny and Dan for over 15 years. Before joining Greystone, he worked as a manager at Harris Teeter, but when Greystone started getting busy and Johnny realized he needed help, this position seemed like the perfect fit! When he is not working,, he enjoys taking trips to the beach, golfing, ,and playing video games.

Jessica is the girl behind the social media accounts, the camera, and all of our outings and events! She is a former paralegal and deems herself a detective. You can often find her hanging out with her husband and daughter, playing video games, or reading on her Kindle.
